virtual clinic setup was quicker than expected

anyone else surprised how fast Hypermedica gets you going? i was figuring a week or more to get our virtual waiting room set up and actually running, but it was practically overnight after we got through the demo. way better than messing with something like Doxy.me or Teladoc where you're on your own for a lot of the initial config. just renewed for the annual billing to save a bit too.

Decent platform, some quirks

I used Hypermedica for our telehealth portal. The patient mobile app works pretty well, and the secure messaging for healthcare is reliable. We signed up for the annual billing discount and that helped with the cost. I found the provider dashboard clear enough to navigate most of the time. One small issue was with integrating our electronic health record initially; it took a bit of back and forth with their support. It eventually worked, but it wasn't as seamless as I hoped. Overall, it's a solid virtual care platform, though there's room for minor improvements in the integration process.

Easy to use

Got the enterprise virtual care suite for our clinic. It was pretty easy to get going. The virtual waiting room is a nice touch. Everything just felt straightforward.

Good telehealth portal, smooth setup

We recently implemented their white-label telemedicine software and overall it's been a positive experience. The initial setup for our custom branded patient portal took about two weeks after we finalized the design elements, which was faster than I expected. Patient scheduling system works well, intuitive for both our staff and patients. We had a couple of questions about the HIPAA compliant video conferencing early on, and their support team was responsive, usually getting back to us within a few hours. The remote patient monitoring features are proving useful for some of our chronic care patients. Delivery of the service itself was all digital, of course, but the timeline they gave us for implementation was pretty accurate. I think it will significantly streamline our virtual care platform.

Hey, thinking about Hypermedica for my small clinic. Anyone know if they do any special deals for smaller practices or startups? Funds are a bit tight right now.

Yeah, I heard they have a startup discount. Also, if you pay annually instead of monthly, it's usually cheaper. You might want to ask during the demo.

They also often have a 14-day free trial so you can kinda check it out first without committing. I think January is a good time for deals too if you can wait a bit.
